Elk paar Mayura laarzen ondergaat een productieproces van meer dan 250 stappen, uitgevoerd door meesterlijke schoenmakers. Ze snijden, vormen en stikken of perforeren het leer met het gewenste motief. De cowboy-geïnspireerde elementen die zo kenmerkend zijn voor het merk zijn overal terug te vinden.

Mayura laarzen zijn Goodyear welted:
Deze constructie bestaat uit een rand ('welt') die aan de binnen- en buitenzool en het bovenmateriaal is bevestigd door middel van een Goodyear Stitch en een Lock Stitched Seam. Bovendien zit er tussen de binnenzool en de zool een laag kurk die isoleert en zich vormt naar de voet van de drager, voor meer comfort.
