Webshop software
Our webshop is developed with software from CCV Webshop. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. CCVwinkel has access to your information to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. e is obliged under the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. CCV webshop uses cookies to collect technical information about your use of the software, no personal data are collected and / or stored.
Webhosting
We take web hosting and e-mail services from Neostrada. Neostrada processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Neostrada has taken technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Neostrada is under the agreement obliged to secrecy.
Gmail
For our regular business e-mail traffic we use the services of Gmail. This party has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic as confidential.
Payment processors
For handling (part of) the payments in our shop we use the platform of CCV payment and Paypal. CCV payment and Paypal process your name, address and city details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. CCV payment and Paypal have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. CCV payment and Paypal reserve the right to use your information to further improve services and as part of this (anonymized) data to share with third parties. CCV payment and Paypal share personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit reference agencies in case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility). All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of CCV payment and Paypal's services for which they use third parties. CCV payment and Paypal will not retain your information for longer than permitted by law.
Reviews
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur will also publish your name on their own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of WEAF, PostNL, DPD and SEUR to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and place of residence details with WEAF, PostNL, DPD and SEUR. PostNL, DPD and SEUR will only use this data for the performance of the Agreement. WhereWEAF, PostNL, DPD and SEUR use subcontractors, they will also be given access to your data.
Invoicing and accounting
We use the services of CCV webshop for our administration and bookkeeping, sharing your name, address and details of your order. This information is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal information is protected and stored. CCV webshop is committed to secrecy and will treat your information confidentially. CCV webshop does not use your personal details for any other purposes than those described above.
External sales channels
We sell (some of) our articles via the platform of Bol.com, Amazon, Tobedressed.nl and VenD.nl. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com, Amazon, Tobedressed.nl and VenD.nl will share your order and personal data with us. We use these details to process your order. We treat your data with the utmost confidentiality and have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
